Privacy (draft)
This is a draft, plain-language summary of how buzzbomb.com is meant to handle information. It is not the final privacy notice and it is not legal advice. The final notice will replace this page before launch.
1. What we need from you
Your website URL, so the agents have something to read. An email address, so you can log in and be told when drafts are ready. If you choose to connect one, your Shopify catalogue.
2. What the agents read
The public pages of your website, and your catalogue if you connect it. They use this to understand what you sell and how you describe it, and to plan and draft marketing work for you.
3. What the agents do not do
They do not publish, send or spend without your approval. Every action waits in the feed until you say yes.
4. Competitor pages
The Competitor agent reads public web pages for the competitors you name. It does not log in anywhere or collect private information.
5. Your drafts
Plans and drafts made for you are kept so you can review, edit and approve them. They belong to your account.
6. Your choices
You can skip any draft and you can ask for your account to be closed. The final notice will explain how to request a copy of your data or its deletion.
7. This draft
This summary describes the intended design of the product. Details such as retention periods, service providers and contact routes will be listed in the final notice rather than guessed at here.
